I think you would be hard pressed to find a more quintessential game day food than buffalo wings. Lately I have been in love with my air fryer so I wanted to try to use it to make wings. I ended up with these Whole30 air fryer buffalo wings and I am so happy with the result.

One of my goals with my Instagram and my blog is to show people that cooking at home can be just as delicious as going out to a restaurant to eat. To make these Whole30 air fryer buffalo wings start by tossing your chicken wings and drumettes in oil - I use avocado oil. Then, season the wings liberally on all sides with salt and pepper. Next, place the wings on your air fryer rack with space between each wing.

You may need to do more than one batch of wings to ensure there is enough space. Cook your wings at 350F in the air fryer for 15 minutes. Depending on the size of your wings, you may need more or less time so check them a few times as they cook.
