Mad’s Expert Tips for the Best Easy Spinach Dip 🥣
- Use a 2:1 ratio of sour cream to greek yogurt – while you can do whatever ratio you would like, I find that it gets so perfectly creamy with this 2:1 ratio.
- Make sure you have finely chopped spinach – to avoid any stringiness in your dip, make sure your spinach is really well chopped so it mixes together perfectly.
- Allow the spinach to cool – make sure you give the spinach a few minutes to cool before adding the yogurt and sour cream, otherwise it could affect the creamy and smooth texture of the dip.
