Does the olive oil harden in the fridge? I know I’ve had issues with that in the past with olive oil.
Madeline says
Hi Nicole! it will slightly, but if you run the container under some hot water for a minute and then reshake the jar it quickly goes back to the originally consistency!

Is it just me or does anyone smell this gross metal scent after the first use? Like the lod smells like metal. Idk. It’s gross.
Madeline says
Hi Kristina, I think it depends on the type of lid. I use plastic replacement lids for most of my mason jars! You can buy a pack on Amazon

I make this recipe every Sunday and use throughout the week. It is fresh and a wonderful combination of ingredients.
I swipe out vinegars depending what my salad looks like. If fruit in salad I use apple cider or white balsamic. Chicken veggies and greens always as is. Everyone asks for recipe.

I use this recipe all the time without any substitutions, but one modification I have come to appreciate is using Mike’s Hot Honey in lieu of regular honey.
