When it comes to a packed lunch, the lower the carb the better I feel. Don’t get me wrong I love a big bowl of comforting pasta or a thick sandwich, but if I have a lot to get done in the afternoon I need energy that doesn’t make me want to crawl under my desk for a little nap.

Here I have compiled 10 of my favorite low carb lunch options. Some are from my blogs and others are from blogs that I love to follow. Each recipe is easy to make and is healthy and filling.

My all time favorite low carb lunch option is the no bread turkey club so I listed that one first. Another favorite of mine is the egg roll in a bowl from Keto Connect. It is truly a perfect meal prep option.

No Bread Turkey Club

This no bread turkey club is my go to low carb lunch option. You can make this simple, healthy and delicious lunch with a few basic ingredients.

I like to make these wraps and enjoy them immediately, but you can also prepare them ahead of time and wrap them up for lunch on the go!

This meal deserves a low carb gold medal. I distinctly remember making egg roll in a bowl with my family and loving it.

Even better than that it was a simple and delicious dinner that the whole family enjoyed!

Chicken Taco Lettuce Wraps From Gimme Delicious

One simple tip I have learned from the low carb community is that any kind of taco tastes just as delicious on a lettuce wrap instead of a tortilla!

These chicken tacos from Gimme Delicious are a perfect way to spicy up your low carb lunch. Make these lettuce wrap tacos and jump on the lettuce wrap taco train.

Shredded Buffalo Chicken

I LOVE buffalo anything, but I especially love buffalo chicken. I highly recommend making a big batch of this low carb shredded buffalo chicken at the start of the work week.

You can enjoy it all week long on salads, sandwiches and wraps.

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup hot sauce (I used franks)
2 tbsp avocado oil mayo
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
1. Poach and shred chicken breast – bring chicken to a boil in a pot of water, cover and reduce to a simmer and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Drain water, cool and shred with 2 forks.
2. Combine hot sauce, mayo, herbs and spices with a whisk in a medium bowl.
3. Add shredded chicken to the bowl and combine thoroughly with the sauce.
4. Serve with celery, chips, on a sandwich, wrap or salad.

If you want to put pickled red onions on your salad as well use this easy pickled red onion recipe.

BLT Chicken Salad

This BLT Chicken Salad is the perfect quick and easy Whole30 lunch. Just pack up this healthy chicken salad and enjoy on a bed of lettuce, in lettuce cups or simply on its own.

Takeout Style Beef and Broccoli

I am a huge fan of copycat recipes, especially takeout copycat recipes, like this takeout style beef and broccoli.

This sauce is just as tasty and delicious as the one you would get at a takeout restaurant minus any of the nasty additions.

Low Carb Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

These crispy and delicious low carb nuggets get their crisp and crunch from a simple pork rind breading.

It is easier than you might think to make these at home. Just bread your nuggets and pop them in the air fryer and you are good to go!

    Hi, your son is adorable.
    I have a question, you made a wrap with a lavash and a laughing cow smear, I thought I kept the recipe but I can’t find it would you mind telling me what else you put in it please.

      Thank you! Its on a reel on my page. Its one lavash wrap, one laugh cow wedge, some spicy pepper spread, 2 slices of prosciutto, 3-4 slices of turkey lunchmeat, lettuce, salt, pepper, banana pepeprs.
