This Avocado Ranch Dressing is a delicious plant-based alternative to traditional ranch dressing. It has all the flavor and tang of ranch dressing but is made with avocados and Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage instead of dairy and eggs.

You’ll Learn: How to blend a smooth, tangy homemade dressing in minutes

This post is sponsored by Pacific Foods. I received compensation, but all opinions are my own.

All the flavor of your favorite ranch, but made with creamy plant-based ingredients!

I must confess that I used to dislike ranch dressing UNTIL I started making it at home. This avocado ranch dressing has all the flavor and tang of a traditional ranch, but with it is made with ripe avocados and Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage.

This plant-based ranch is perfect as a dip for veggies or on a salad. I like to enjoy this dressing on a salad with grilled chicken. To add some extra flavor to my salad I marinated the chicken in a combination of lemon juice and Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Bone Broth with Sea Salt.

What kitchen tools will I need to make this Avocado Ranch Dressing?

  • Measuring cups and measuring spoons
  • Liquid measuring cup
  • Blender
  • Glass jar for storing dressing

What ingredients will I need to make this creamy homemade ranch dressing?

  • Ripe avocado
  • Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage
  • Lemon juice
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Dried dill
  • Dried parsley

Let’s make Avocado Ranch Dressing!

Step 1: Add items to the blender

First, peel and pit an avocado and add it to a blender. Then, add the Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dried dill and parsley to the blender.

Step 2: Blend and enjoy!

Next, blend until a smooth, even dressing remains. Finally, serve with salad or crudites and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days

** If you want to make the grilled chicken for your salad, marinate 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Bone Broth with Sea Salt and 1/4 cup of lemon juice for at least one hour. Preheat a grill on high. Cook the chicken on the grill on high until the internal temperature reaches 165F.

How long will this Avocado Ranch Dressing keep in the fridge?

This plant-based dressing is made with fresh ingredients so it will go bad faster than a traditional ranch dressing. Be sure to use this dressing within 5 days of preparing for the best taste.
