I have made this twice now! One alteration to the recipe is that I bought already shredded rotisserie chicken! Super easy tasty and a great source of protein!

This chicken salad is so easy and super delicious. I’ve made this multiple times. My husband loves it more than I do, and this is saying a lot because he hates fruit in savory food. He LOVES the dried cranberries in this! Another chicken salad winner!

Hi I’m sorry I’m not familiar with how to reduce cholesterol… all of these ingredients are healthy in my opinion but I guess you could omit the almonds and use non fat yogurt, but I don’t know if it would taste as good.

Made this so I could have some easy lunches, even though I’m working from home. It was my first time poaching chicken but it was super easy! Love the addition of poppyseeds too!
