This Avocado Ranch Dressing is a delicious plant-based alternative to traditional ranch dressing. It has all the flavor and tang of ranch dressing but is made with avocados and Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage instead of dairy and eggs.

All the flavor of your favorite ranch, but made with creamy plant-based ingredients!
I must confess that I used to dislike ranch dressing UNTIL I started making it at home. This avocado ranch dressing has all the flavor and tang of a traditional ranch, but with it is made with ripe avocados and Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage.
This plant-based ranch is perfect as a dip for veggies or on a salad. I like to enjoy this dressing on a salad with grilled chicken. To add some extra flavor to my salad I marinated the chicken in a combination of lemon juice and Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Bone Broth with Sea Salt.
