Use these High Protein Ninja Creami Recipes to make the best high protein desserts. Each of these recipes has at least 27g of protein and taste like creamy soft serve ice cream. Customize your pint with different mix ins so you can have a different flavor every night!

Why You’ll Love These Recipes
- High protein sweet treat – Get at least 27 grams of protein per pint to keep you full and satisfied. I love to end my day with one of these high protein ice creams.
- Easy to batch prep – I like to prepare 4 pints at a time and place them in the freezer so that I can have one any time I have a craving for a sweet treat.
- Change up flavor with mix ins – These ninja creami recipes can be easily customized by changing the flavor of protein powder or the mix ins.
Ingredients and Substitutions
- Milk – I like to use either plain 2% milk or chocolate milk as the main base of my ninja creami recipes. I find the fairlife brand has a very nice calorie to protein ratio, but any type of milk will work.
- Protein powder – flavored protein powder is essential for giving the creamis taste, texture and protein. I like to use vanilla and chocolate whey protein for the best possible texture. I use the brand Clean Simple Eats.
- Greek yogurt – I use this as an alternative to the protein powder in the strawberry frozen yogurt recipe. Plain greek yogurt is packed with protein and makes the texture of the creami so nice. I like to use just a squirt of stevia to balance the tart of the yogurt. This one can also be easily altered to use any kind of fruit!
- Sugar free pudding mix – I use this to help thicken the creami and give it that true soft serve texture. If you do not want to use pudding mix you can omit it completely or use 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or guar gum in place of the pudding to thicken.
- Fresh fruit – after mixing liquid, but before freezing. Add in the fresh or frozen fruit.
Ninja Creami Mix Ins
- Cookies – cookies are my top mix in. I love oreo thins the most, but biscoff cookies and crispy chocolate chip cookies like Tates are also amazing.
- Chocolate or chocolate chips – I like to add chopped dark chocolate and a little mint extract in the vanilla creami to make a mint chocolate chip creami.
- Candy – Reese’s Cups, Peanut M&Ms, mini M&Ms, and Kit Kats are some of my favorite candy to mix into my high protein creamis.
- Sprinkles – Sprinkles are a fun mix in to add color and a bit of sweetness.
- Pretzels or chocolate covered pretzels – if you love a salty sweet dessert like me, mixing in pretzels or chocolate covered pretzels is the perfect way to get that salty flavor into the sweet ice cream.
- Cereal – cereal like trix or captain crunch is a great way to add texture to your creami

How to make
Step 1: Prepare creami Pint and freeze
To begin, whisk all ingredients together in the creami pint with an immersion blender or hand frother. If adding fruit, place the fresh or frozen fruit into the pint whole before freezing.
Close the lid and place the creami pint in the freezer on a level surface for at least 12 hours.
Step 2: Spin and add mix-ins
Remove from the freezer just before blending. Place pint in a basin of warm water for 3 minutes – this helps remove ice from sides.
Place pint in the outer bowl and lock the lid. Spin on LITE ICE CREAM setting. After first spin, remove lid and check texture. If it is crumbly, put the lid back onand hit the RE-SPIN button.
Continue re-spinning until it has a smooth creamy texture – DO NOT add liquid on respin unless you want more of a milkshake texture.
Once it is creamy, create a hole to add any mix ins, put the lif back on and hit the MIX-IN button. Enjoy immediately for best texture!
Storage
For best texture, eat the entire pint in one sitting. If you have leftovers, store in the pint in the freezer and then allow to soften at room temperature before enjoying.
