Come along

The journey so far

My journey into the world of cooking and recipe development began during my college days and has evolved over the last eight years. In addition to my passion for cooking, I’m also a devoted mom and wife. Motherhood adds a delightful layer of joy and efficiency to my kitchen adventures.

Balancing the responsibilities of motherhood and everyday life has not only deepened my appreciation for quick and efficient meals, but has also inspired me to share my expertise in creating delicious, time-conscious recipes.

My mission is to empower individuals to feel confident in their home kitchens. The delicious and healthy meals I share are made with simple ingredients and basic cooking skills. No need to visit a specialty store to make my recipes!

Beyond the kitchen, I cherish moments with my wife, Amy, our son, James, and our beloved pets. Our shared love for food initially brought me and my wife together.

When I’m not experimenting with new recipes for Mad About Food, you’ll find us exploring eateries in the NJ suburbs outside of Philly or venturing into the city for date night.

One of my favorite daily rituals is reviewing readers messages and comments from the previous day. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to share my life, simple recipes and eight years of recipe development experience with all of you here.

Knowing that I’m a part of your daily kitchen adventures, and hopefully making them a bit more manageable for fellow home cooks, brings me immense joy.
