Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk 13.5oz - I like to use light coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add the can of coconut milk to a sauce pan
  • Heat the coconut milk over medium heat whisking occasionally until the solids have melted
  • Add the coconut sugar and pumpkin pie spice to the pot and whisk to combine
  • Heat over medium-high heat until the mixture boils
  • Reduce to a simmer
  • Simmer the mixture uncovered whisking frequently for 15 minutes
  • The mixture will reduce to a thick syrupy consistency
  • Remove the pot from the heat and whisk in the salt
  • Allow the mixture to cool completely and transfer to an airtight container for storage
  • Use 1 tbsp of the syrup in your favorite fall beverages!
