Personal Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla flour tortilla works best, but you can substitute with a gluten free or grain free tortilla
  • 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz pepperoni optional, feel free to use other toppings

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with tinfoil
  • Lay a tortilla on the tinfoil
  • In a small bowl mix together tomato paste, water, salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes to make a quick pizza sauce - if you have a jarred pizza sauce on hand you can use 2.5 tbsp of that instead
  • Spread pizza sauce over the tortilla
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce
  • Top with pepperoni or topping of choice
  • Bake the pizza in a toaster oven at 400F for 7 minutes or in the real oven at 400F for 10 minute
  • Slice into 4 slices and enjoy!
