Ingredients

  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar
  • Place an immersion blender into the jar
  • Starting at the bottom, blend the ingredients slowly pulling the blender up and down until all of the oil is incorporated
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge
