- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar
Place an immersion blender into the jar
Starting at the bottom, blend the ingredients slowly pulling the blender up and down until all of the oil is incorporated
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
