Pour brown sugar into a small mug and brew espresso over the sugar. Stir gently. Pour espresso into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously to combine fully. Pour through strainer over fresh ice. Top with cold frothed oat milk. Shake cinnamon over top of the cold foam and serve.

Iced Honey Vanilla Shaken Espresso
Pour honey and vanilla into a small mug and brew espresso over the honey and vanila. Stir gently. Pour espresso into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously to combine fully. Pour through strainer over fresh ice. Top with cold frothed half and half and serve!
