Ingredients

  • 1 room temperature egg
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup extra light olive oil

Instructions

  • Crack a room temperature egg into a large wide mouth jar
  • Add the vinegar, hot sauce, sriracha, oil, salt and pepper to the jar
  • Place the immersion blender into the bottom of the jar and begin to blend
  • Continue blending pulling the blender up and down as you blend until a thick mayo remains
