- 1 room temperature egg
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup extra light olive oil
Crack a room temperature egg into a large wide mouth jar
Add the vinegar, hot sauce, sriracha, oil, salt and pepper to the jar
Place the immersion blender into the bottom of the jar and begin to blend
Continue blending pulling the blender up and down as you blend until a thick mayo remains
