Pour Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, garlic powder and dried dill into a small bowl.
Whisk to combine completely. Pour dressing into a glass jar for storage.
Shake again in glass jar to ensure that the dressing is fully mixed.
Notes
Use full fat Greek yogurt if you can. Whole milk Greek yogurt gives the richest, creamiest texture. Low fat versions still work but the dressing will be slightly thinner.
Taste and adjust before serving. Give it a taste after mixing and add a pinch more salt, a squeeze more lemon, or a drizzle more honey to make it just right for your salad.
Let it sit before serving. The flavor gets even better after 30 minutes in the fridge. If you have time, make it ahead and let the ingredients come together.
Stir before using. The dressing may separate a little in the fridge. Just give it a good stir or shake before drizzling it on your salad.
