Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Slice the ends off each sweet potato and cut them into wedges. Combine salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, onion powder, and garlic powder to make a seasoning blend.
  • Pour oil over the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat them. Pour the seasoning blend into the bowl and toss again to coat.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes. Arrange sweet potato wedges in an air fryer basket. Make sure that the wedges are not touching - you may need to cook them in more than one batch.
  • Air fry the seasoned sweet potato wedges at 350F for 8 minute. Remove them from the air fryer, flip them, and return them to cook for another 4 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly and enjoy!
