Ingredients

  • Two 3oz filets of thick white fish - I used cod
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Spray oil

Instructions

  • Cut the fillets of fish into bite-size nuggets
  • Whisk the egg in a small shallow bowl
  • In a separate shallow bowl combine almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika
  • Bread each fish nugget by first dipping in the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture
  • Place each breaded nugget on the air fryer tray
  • Spray lightly on all sides with cooking oil - I used spray avocado oil
  • Cook in the air fryer at 425F for 10 minutes
  • Remove, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
