1 ½lbschicken wings separated into drums and flats
½tspkosher salt
½tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
¼tspblack pepper
¼tspsmoked paprika
¼cuphot sauce - I recommend Franks Red Hot
2tbspunsalted butter
1tspworcestershire sauce
Instructions
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place in a mixing bowl. Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and smoked paprika and toss the wings in this seasoning blend.
Preheat air fryer to 375F. Arrange the wings on the air fryer tray. Air fry at 375F for 15 minutes. Flip the wings and increase the heat to 400F and cook for 5 minutes.
While the wings cook heat butter, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce together in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
Toss the cooked wings in the sauce in a mixing bowl and serve immediately.
