maple syrup

melted coconut oil

mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Topping
1/2

mini chocolate chips

tbsp
coconut oil
Flakey sea salt for topping
Instructions
Add almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt to a food processor
Process ingredients until a smooth even dough remains
Remove blade from food processor and stir in mini chocolate chips with a spatula
Roll dough into bite sized balls about 1.5" in diameter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
Place dough balls in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes
When the dough is finished chilling, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for topping in the microwave
Drizzle melted chocolate over each cookie dough bite
Top with flakey sea salt
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
