What You'll Need
garlic
onion
fresh tomatoes
olive oil
salt and pepper
dried basil
dried oregano
white wine vinegar
tomato paste
vegetable broth
heavy cream
gather your ingredients!

saute garlic, onion, salt, pepper, basil and oregano

pour in vegetable broth, tomatoes, and tomato paste

pressure cook on manual / high pressure for 14 minutes. mix in heavy cream

blend with an immersion blender or standard belnder

serve with heavy cream, croutons and fresh basil
