Green Dream Dressing

A delicious lemon herb vinaigrette that is perfect for any salad.

  • 1 medium shallot roughly chopped
  • 1 cup loosely packed parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil


  1. Place shallot, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar in a blender
  2. Blend on high until fully combined
  3. With the blender running on low, slowly pour the olive oil into the blender in a steady stream
  4. Continue blending until a smooth even dressing remains
  5. Pour into a jar to store and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 week
  6. Shake well before each use
