Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 1/4 cup Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Peel and pit an avocado and add it to a blender
- Add the Pacific Foods Unsweetened Original Cashew Plant-Based Beverage, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dried dill and parsley to the blender
- Blend until a smooth, even dressing remains
- Serve with salad or crudites and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
** If you want to make the grilled chicken for your salad, marinated 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Bone Broth with Sea Salt and 1/4 cup of lemon juice for at least one hour. Preheat a grill on high. Cook the chicken on the grill on high until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
