Cook bacon until crispy, chop into crumble and set aside.
Cut head of iceberg into quarters and cut the core off the bottom of each piece. Place each quarter on an individual salad plate or one large serving plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Drizzle about 2 tbsp of blue cheese dressing over each quarter of iceberg lettuce.
Arrange crumbled bacon, crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes and chives on top of the lettuce - its okay if some falls to the side of the lettuce! Serve with extra dressing on the side.
