Ingredients

packet taco seasoning

15oz can petite diced fire roasted tomatoes

15oz can black beans
1
cup
corn kernels
fresh or frozen
1.5
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
4-6
cups
frozen tater tots
Salsa, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Brown ground beef in an oven safe skillet over medium heat.
Pour in the taco seasoning, tomatoes, black beans and corn. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with shredded cheese. Arrange tater tots on top.
Place in oven and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Top with your favorite taco toppings.
