2tbspextra virgin olive oil
2tspkosher salt
Ice cold water for blendingbetween 2 tbsp and ¼ cup
Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Place chickpeas, vinegar, tahini, olive oil and salt into a blender or food processor.
Blend until fully combined. Then, slowly add a couple of tablespoons of ice cold water and blend again. Keep adding water and blending until your desired consistency is reached. I use between 2 tbsp and ¼ cup.
Serve with fresh veggies, fresh pita or pita chips.
