Ingredients

mozzarella pearls or fresh mozzarella balls cut into pieces
Optional Drizzle

heavy cream

freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut chicken sausage into half moons and slice cherry tomatoes in half. Place chicken, gnocchi, and cherry tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Mix pesto, white balsamic, salt and pepper together and pour over the gnocchi, chicken sausage and tomatoes.
Pour onto the baking sheet and place in the oven to bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and add the mozzarella cheese balls on top. Bake for another 10 minutes
While it finishes baking, whisk the ingredients for the drizzle together.
Remove pan from oven, drizzle sauce on top and serve with fresh basil ribbons.
