⅓lbprovolone cheese
⅓lbdeli sliced ham
⅓lbdeli sliced genoa salami
2tbspbutter - melted
Garlic powder and sesame seeds for topping the rolls
1large tomato
2tbspmayonnaise
½tbspred wine vinegar
1tspitalian seasoning
½a white onion- thinly sliced
2cupsshredded iceberg lettuce
1cupsliced banana peppers or sliced hot cherry peppers, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the slider rolls in half lengthwise so that you have a sheet of top and bottom rolls. Place the bottom sheet on the baking sheet.
Layer on the provolone cheese, ham and salami - be sure to put the cheese on the bottom so that when it melts you are still able to take off the top roll layer to add toppings.
Place the top roll layer on top of the salami. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle on garlic powder and sesame seeds. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
While the sliders bake, cut the tomato into thin slices. Add mayo, vinegar and Italian seasoning to a mixing bowl and whisk together. Add the shredded lettuce to the bowl and toss to combine.
When the sliders are finished baking, transfer to a cutting board. Take off the top roll layer and layer on the thinly sliced tomato and onion - season with salt. Then add the lettuce mixture and finally the banana peppers.
Place the top roll back and cut into individual sandwiches - serve immediately!
