Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

A delicious homemade blue cheese dressing that is perfect for salads and chicken wings!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp ground white pepper
  • Optional: milk

Instructions

  • Crumble blue cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and white pepper to the boil with the blue cheese.
  • Place an immersion blender in the bowl and pulse a few times until all of the ingredients are combined.
  • It is okay if there are still some chunks of blue cheese in the dressing. 
  • If you want a thinner dressing, add small amounts of milk to the dressing and stir until you reach your desired consistency
