Ingredients

blue cheese

cup
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
sour cream

tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1
tsp
lemon juice
1
tsp
worcestershire sauce
½
tsp
hot sauce
½
tsp
ground white pepper
Optional: milk
Instructions
Crumble blue cheese in a mixing bowl.
Add the mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and white pepper to the boil with the blue cheese.
Place an immersion blender in the bowl and pulse a few times until all of the ingredients are combined.
It is okay if there are still some chunks of blue cheese in the dressing.
If you want a thinner dressing, add small amounts of milk to the dressing and stir until you reach your desired consistency
