Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Soak raw cashews in water for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight
  • Drain the water from the cashews and rinse - to soak cashews quickly add them to a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, cover pot and remove from heat, let sit for 15 minutes before draining
  • Add cashews, water, avocado oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a high speed blender
  • Blend on high until a smooth dressing remains
