Croissant Breakfast Casserole
Make a delicious egg bake with cubed croissants, crispy bacon and cheddar cheese

Ingredients

strips of bacon

milk

ground black pepper

large croissants

shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preaheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cook bacon until crispy, chop into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Cut croissants into bite sized cubes and place in the casserole dish
Whisk eggs and milk together with the pepper until a smooth mixture remains.
Pour egg mixture over the cubed croissants in the casserole dish. Layer the chopped cooked bacon and shredded cheese over top of that.
Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
you can use leftover croissants instead of fresh
if you don’t have croissants you can use
