Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces and place in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Pour olive oil into the casserole dish and toss to coat the chicken. Pour salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper into the casserole dish and toss to coat the chicken.
Pour the orzo, cherry tomatoes and chicken broth into the casserole dish. Stir until everything is evenly mixed together. Make sure the orzo is immersed in the broth.
Place the brick of feta into the middle of the casserole dish. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven and bake covered at 400F for 45-50 minutes. Check the chicken for an internal temperature of at least 165F.
Stir everything together and press down on the cherry tomatoes so that they burst and create a sauce with the melted feta cheese.
Whenever the tomatoes are burst and everything is mixed together, serve with fresh basil and fresh cracked black pepper.
