Blend cottage cheese, whole milk, grated parmesan cheese and garlic cloves to create a sauce. Set aside.
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. When there is only 3 minutes left on the cook time, add the chopped broccoli into the boiling water. Drain the cooked pasta and broccoli together and set aside.
While the pasta boils, cut chicken into small bite sized strips. Season with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken to the warm oil. Cook until browned and cooked through - 5-7 minutes.
Add pasta, broccoli and cheese sauce to the skillet with the chicken. Reduce heat to med-low. Toss to combine everything and let saute for 2 minutes for the flavors to combine.
Serve immediately with extra grated parmesan cheese.
