Ingredients

bananas

vanilla cake mix
(13.25 oz)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl and whisk in eggs and vegetable oil. Pour cake mix into the bowl and fold in with a flat spatula.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and place in the oven.
Bake at 375F for 50 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into slices.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
You can use any flavor of boxed cake mix in place of the vanilla cake mix
It is important to use ripe bananas for the correct taste
