A healthy caesar dressing made with plant-based and Whole30 friendly ingredients that tastes just like the real thing!




  1. Soak raw cashews in water for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight
  2. Drain the water from the cashews and rinse – to soak cashews quickly add them to a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, cover pot and remove from heat, let sit for 15 minutes before draining
  3. Add cashews, water, avocado oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegarcoconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a high speed blender
  4. Blend on high until a smooth dressing remains
