Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Soak raw cashews in water for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight
- Drain the water from the cashews and rinse – to soak cashews quickly add them to a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, cover pot and remove from heat, let sit for 15 minutes before draining
- Add cashews, water, avocado oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a high speed blender
- Blend on high until a smooth dressing remains
