What You'll Need
Sweet Potato Egg Flour

Peel, steam and smash sweet potato

Make ring with the smashed sweet potato

Crack an egg into the center of the ring

Whisk the egg

Knead egg and sweet potato together

Pour flour on mixture

Knead flour into mixture

Cut mixture into four sections

Roll each section into a long tube and cut into gnocchi size
