- 20 stalks of asparagus
- 20 slices of thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F. Wash and trim asparagus stalks. Place on a bowl or tray and drizzle with avocado oil and season with black pepper.
- Wrap each asparagus stalk in a piece of prosciutto and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes. Best if enjoyed immediately!
If you want to add cream cheese to this recipe, spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each piece of prosciutto prior to wrapping them around the asparagus.
