When I recently asked which recipes my followers on Instagram would like to see on my blog my cousin sent in an empathic, “More buffalo recipes!!!” and I agree so here are some Whole30 grilled buffalo chicken thighs. With these thighs you get all of the delicious buffalo wing flavor, but WAY easier to eat and made with paleo and Whole30 ingredients. If you don’t have access to a grill you can still make this delicious recipe indoors with a grill pan.
To make these delicious Whole30 grilled buffalo chicken thighs simple heat up your grill to medium-high heat and let it warm up. Season boneless skinless chicken thighs with the salt, pepper and chili powder seasoning mixture. Heat up the ghee and hot sauce mixture and mix thoroughly. Bring sauce and thighs outside with a season brush and grilling tongs. Cook the thighs for 4 minutes on each side. Brush with the sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and repeat the brush and cook process. That’s it! Super simple recipe, but tons of flavor. Please find the full recipe below.
