It was a big hit at my super bowl party and I had been meaning to write the recipe down ever since. So finally nearly a year later I have the recipe for this creamy whipped feta dip that is packed with flavor from lemon and fresh herbs

The best part about this whipped feta dip recipe is how truly simple it is to make. All you need to do is gather your ingredients, chop the herbs and throw everything into the food processor and let it go! The feta and Greek yogurt whips up into the most delicious creamy mixture. I never knew what I was missing out on when I did not have a food processor and was just “making due” with my blender. I still love my Vitamix, but I definitely use my food processor twice as much!!

Whipped Feta Dip with Fresh Herbs

prep time: 10 minscook time: 5 minstotal time: 15 mins

ingredients:

  • 8oz  block of feta cheese
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

instructions:

  1. Break up block of feta
  2. Place feta, greek yogurt, lemon juice,  herbs, salt and pepper in a food processor
  3. Process until fully combined, you may need to stop the machine and scrape down the sides a few times to get all the herbs fully mixed in
  4. Serve the dip with chopped veggies or pita chips!
