Skincare Routine for Psoriasis and Combination Skin

Skincare routine for Psoriasis and combination skin

It does seem like every single person online wants to share their skincare routine so I’m not going to pretend that sharing mine is anything revolutionary, BUT I do get questions about the products I am using for my psoriasis and beyond.

I will go through everything I use from the shower all the way through to makeup and sun care. The majority of these products are clean beauty products or as clean as possible. I still use a standard eyeliner and gel nail polish on my nails because nobody’s perfect (cue Hannah Montana).

Note: Some of the links on this page are affiliate links. If you do end up purchasing any of these recommended items, I will receive a small amount of commission. This helps me continue creating great recipes for all of you! Thank you for understanding that I would never recommend a product that I don't actually use and believe in.

Shower Products

After I shower if I’m going to bed I use Primally Pure body butter, but if I am going on with my day I use Primally Pure blue tansy oil and I ALWAYS use Primally pure deodorant. If you want to learn more about my must have Primally Pure products, I list them all here.

Skin Care

The majority of my skin care products are from The Ordinary. I love how you can customize them to whatever you need because each step is an individual product. This is my routine, but I recommend finding one that works for you.

Make Up

My makeup routine is very, very basic and most days I where none at all, but below are the products that I have used and liked for a long time.

Sun Care and Self Tanner

This is my full routine! If you follow me on instagram, you probably noticed that I am makeup free with a top knot in my hair most days. I just don’t feel like its necessary for me to put on a full face of makeup each day.

When I do decide to put makeup or a fancy outfit on, I want to look GOOD and keep my skin feeling good. With psoriasis I have to be very careful about what goes on my skin. These items have all been psoriasis tested and approved!
