Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

ingredients:

  • 20 stalks of asparagus
  • 20 pieces of prosciutto - for whole30 check for ingredients
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Wash and trim asparagus stalks
  3. Drizzle with avocado oil
  4. Season with fresh cracked black pepper
  5. Wrap each asparagus stalk in a piece of prosciutto 
  6. Place each piece on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  7. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes
  8. Enjoy immediately or save for a quick lunchbox snack!
