4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

I. LOVE. CEREAL. In the way that if I buy a box for my apartment, I will finish that box that day no question about it. So in order to curb my cereal craving, but eliminate the urge to just take a full box to the face I made Peanut Butter Cereal Bars. 

They are super simple to make and use only 4 ingredients!  (5 if you include the chocolate drizzle :)) They can be make gluten free based on the cereal you choose and are made with honey instead of a processed sweetener.

4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 cup collagen powder
  • 2 cups cereal - I used gluten free oat cereal
  • Optional - Chocolate drizzle

Directions:

  1. Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave or double boiler until warm and full combined
  2. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and fold in collagen powder until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Mix in cereal slowly. Add extra 2 TBSP of honey and combine fully.
  4. Line an 8" x 8" pan with parchment and press PB cereal mixture into the pan.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy for dessert, breakfast or a snack!
