Loaded Birthday Cake Cookie Bars

Chewy chocolate chip cookie bars with some extra mix-ins to make them extra festive!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or grease
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the egg, light brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract and almond extract
  3. In a separate mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  4. Then fold dry ingredients into wet with a spatula
  5. Once fully combined mix in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and sprinkles
  6. Press batter into baking pan
  7. Place in the oven and bake at 350F for 30 minutes
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before cutting into 16 squares
