Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or grease
- In a large mixing bowl combine the egg, light brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract and almond extract
- In a separate mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- Then fold dry ingredients into wet with a spatula
- Once fully combined mix in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and sprinkles
- Press batter into baking pan
- Place in the oven and bake at 350F for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before cutting into 16 squares
