Apple Cider Sangria

A festive fall sangria made with sparkling apple cider

  • 1 medium-large apple
  • 2 cinnamon sticks + more for each glass
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco (750 ml)
  • 1 bottle of sparkling apple cider (750 ml) – I like Martinelli’s brand


  1. Wash and cube the apple
  2. Place in a pitcher or large serving bowl with brandy and cinnamon sticks
  3. Stir gently to combine
  4. Just before serving add the bottle of Prosecco and bottle of sparkling apple cider to the pitcher
  5. Serve with over ice with an extra cinnamon stick
  6. Add some of the apples to each served glass
