- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Slice the ends off each sweet potato and cut them into wedges. Combine salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, onion powder, and garlic powder to make a seasoning blend.
- Pour oil over the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat them. Pour the seasoning blend into the bowl and toss again to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes. Arrange sweet potato wedges in an air fryer basket. Make sure that the wedges are not touching – you may need to cook them in more than one batch.
- Air fry the seasoned sweet potato wedges at 350F for 8 minute. Remove them from the air fryer, flip them, and return them to cook for another 4 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly and enjoy!
