Ingredients
- Two 3oz filets of thick white fish – I used cod
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Spray oil
Instructions
- Cut the fillets of fish into bite-size nuggets
- Whisk the egg in a small shallow bowl
- In a separate shallow bowl combine almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika
- Bread each fish nugget by first dipping in the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture
- Place each breaded nugget on the air fryer tray
- Spray lightly on all sides with cooking oil – I used spray avocado oil
- Cook in the air fryer at 425F for 10 minutes
- Remove, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
