Cookie Dough

  • 2.5 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp salt

Chocolate Topping

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Flakey sea salt for topping


  1. Add almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt to a food processor
  2. Process ingredients until a smooth even dough remains
  3. Remove blade from food processor and stir in mini chocolate chips with a spatula
  4. Roll dough into bite sized balls about 1.5″ in diameter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Place dough balls in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes
  6. When the dough is finished chilling, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for topping in the microwave
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cookie dough bite
  8. Top with flakey sea salt
  9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
