Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 2.5 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp salt
Chocolate Topping
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Flakey sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Add almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt to a food processor
- Process ingredients until a smooth even dough remains
- Remove blade from food processor and stir in mini chocolate chips with a spatula
- Roll dough into bite sized balls about 1.5″ in diameter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Place dough balls in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes
- When the dough is finished chilling, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for topping in the microwave
- Drizzle melted chocolate over each cookie dough bite
- Top with flakey sea salt
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
